Canterbury Homes for Sale in Thompson’s Station, TN

I don’t just sell homes in Canterbury. I live here. My family and I are on these streets every day, so when you ask me about the pool, the sidewalks, or what a house on a corner lot is really like, you’re getting an answer from a neighbor, not a brochure.

Every Canterbury home currently for sale is listed below, straight from the MLS. Scroll down to see them, or keep reading for the things I’d want to know before buying here.

What Canterbury is like

Canterbury sits in Thompson’s Station, in Williamson County, about midway between Franklin and Spring Hill. The builder, Willow Branch Homes, designed it around wide sidewalks, tree-lined streets, traditional lamp posts, roundabouts, and pocket parks, with the utilities buried underground. The look is a mix of Old World European and Craftsman architecture, so the streetscape feels established even though the homes are new.

The homes

You’ll find three kinds of homes here: larger manor homes, smaller cottage homes, and townhomes. That range is one reason I like the neighborhood. It works for someone buying a first home, someone moving up, and someone ready to simplify, and it means Canterbury owners can move within the neighborhood instead of leaving it.

Amenities

  • Junior Olympic community pool with a cabana and pool deck
  • Children’s pool with water features
  • Amenity center for gatherings
  • Park area with grills, a fire pit, and seating
  • Playgrounds, green space, and walking paths that connect the sections

Location

Shopping, dining, and groceries are a short drive in either direction, with Franklin and Cool Springs to the north and Spring Hill to the south. Leiper’s Fork and downtown Franklin are easy weekend trips. I-65 is the main route to Nashville.

Schools and HOA

The builder lists Canterbury as zoned for Thompson’s Station Elementary, Thompson’s Station Middle, and Independence High School. Zoning can change, so confirm the current assignment with Williamson County Schools before you buy. HOA dues cover the pool, amenity center, and common areas, and townhome dues also cover exterior maintenance. Ask me for the current dues for the specific home you’re looking at.
