A quick view of what defines The Grove.
Where is The Grove in College Grove?
The Grove is at 6200 Wildings Blvd, College Grove, TN 37046, in unincorporated Williamson County. The Census Bureau’s geocoder places that address in Williamson County with no city, so county government handles zoning and permits.
Williamson County’s property records list The Grove, recorded under the subdivision name “Grove,” in 17 numbered sections. A little over 700 of those parcels carry a street address as of October 22, 2026. That’s a parcel count, not a home count. Some are still homesites.
How far is The Grove from Franklin and Nashville?
Downtown Franklin is about 16 miles and 22 minutes from The Grove without traffic, and downtown Nashville is about 32 miles and 42 minutes. I routed these from the golf course with OpenStreetMap routing (OSRM), the same point my Grove vs Troubadour comparison uses.
| From The Grove to | Distance | Time, no traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown Franklin (Public Square) | about 15.9 miles | about 22 minutes |
