Community Highlights
A quick view of what defines Labella Springs.
What to Expect at Labella Springs
Early, and honest about it. CastleRock’s own page says “Model Coming Soon” as of October 2026. No plans, no lot sizes, no home count are published yet. What’s out there is the land work: a paved entrance road with curbs and street lamps, erosion-control fencing still up, and one home under construction, with open farmland and an old barn at the edge of the property around it.
An Interest List, and sales office hours. CastleRock’s page runs an Interest List for the community, and lists sales office hours of 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. That’s the builder’s intake, not a model you can tour yet.
A starting price from the sign, not the website. CastleRock’s website hasn’t published pricing. Their entrance sign, which I photographed on site October 18, 2026, reads “Labella Springs, from the $900’s,” with the phone number 615-234-0350. Treat that as the builder’s current marketing number, not a confirmed base price on a specific plan, since no plans are published yet to attach it to.
Homes at Labella Springs
As of October 2026, CastleRock hasn’t published floor plans, lot sizes, elevations, or a total home count for Labella Springs. That’s normal for a community still in land development, with one home under construction and a model not yet open. I’ll update this section the day plans go public.
What I’d tell anyone watching this one: get on CastleRock’s Interest List if you want the builder’s own updates first, and call or text me at 615-392-1186 before your first visit to the sales office. I represent buyers on new construction in this corridor, and that only works if I’m registered with you before you sign anything, not after.

Location and Commutes
The address on CastleRock’s page is Spring Hill, TN 37174, and that’s a mailing address, not a city limits line. The GPS from my on-site photos, checked against the US Census geocoder and OpenStreetMap, puts the Labella Springs entrance at Lewisburg and Franklin Pike, which is US Highway 431, in unincorporated Maury County, outside the Spring Hill city limits. That matters for property taxes and for schools, both of which run through Maury County here, not Williamson County or the City of Spring Hill. Firefly and Green Tee Golf share this same stretch of 431, with the Labella Springs entrance a short distance south of Firefly’s entrance at 3065 US Highway 431.
Drive times below are computed on OSRM, the open-source routing engine, from the Labella Springs entrance, no-traffic times as of October 2026. Add time for US 431 traffic at school pickup and drop-off, and for I-65 rush hour on the Nashville and Franklin routes.
| Destination | Miles | Minutes |
|---|---|---|
| Thompson’s Station Town Hall | 9.2 | 14 |
| Spring Hill City Hall (199 Town Center Pkwy) | 8.6 | 16 |
| Franklin Public Square | 18.1 | 24 |
| Columbia, the square | 18.7 | 26 |
| Nashville, Tennessee State Capitol | 34.5 | 44 |
Schools That Serve Labella Springs
CastleRock’s own page names Marvin Wright Elementary School, Battle Creek Middle School, and Spring Hill High School for Labella Springs, as of October 2026. These are Maury County Public Schools, not Williamson County Schools, which fits the land sitting in unincorporated Maury County. I wasn’t able to independently confirm this exact stretch of US 431 against the district’s own street-level zone list, so I’m citing the builder’s page rather than guessing. Zones can and do shift, so confirm your specific address with Maury County Public Schools before you count on a school assignment.

Can I bring my own agent to the Labella Springs sales office?
Yes, and you should register me before your first visit, not after. The builder’s agent at the sales office works for the builder. I’ve been through builder contracts, lender incentives, and design-center pricing enough times on new construction in this corridor to know where the terms need a second look.
