Inside the city, on the Williamson side. Wades Grove addresses sit inside Spring Hill city limits in Williamson County. That matters in Spring Hill because the city straddles two counties. Spring Hill City Hall itself is in Maury County, so a Spring Hill address tells you nothing about the county. I check the county on every address before you write an offer.
How you get in. Wade Crossing and Belcor Drive both come in off Buckner Lane on the west side, and Lequire Lane runs north and south through the neighborhood. Streets include Keiser Street, Rudder Drive, Sanmar Drive, Foust Drive, Claymill Drive and Madrid Drive.
Property tax figures are the county and city rates published for the year shown and are for planning only. Your actual bill depends on the assessed value, any exemptions and the city or district the home sits in. Confirm with the county assessor or trustee and your tax professional before you rely on a number.
What does the Wades Grove HOA cover?
The Wades Grove Homeowners Association is managed by Acclaimed Property Management in Spring Hill. The HOA lists a community pool and gathering pavilion, a playground and shared outdoor spaces, and sidewalks through the neighborhood. Pool dates, access and guest rules are set by season and posted in the resident portal, and pavilion reservations go through the portal or the management company.
The HOA doesn’t publish its dues, so ask me for the current figure on the specific home you’re looking at, along with the transfer fee at closing.
What schools is Wades Grove zoned for?
Wades Grove is zoned for Bethesda Elementary, Spring Station Middle and Summit High School for the 2026-27 school year. I ran three Wades Grove addresses (2000 Keiser Street, 6013 Sanmar Drive and 1000 Rudder Drive) through the Williamson County Schools zone locator, and all three returned the same three schools. Zoning can change, so confirm the assignment for the exact address with Williamson County Schools before you buy.

What are property taxes and utilities in Wades Grove?
For 2025, Wades Grove homes pay the City of Spring Hill rate of $0.739 per $100 of assessed value plus Williamson County’s $1.27 rate for homes inside Spring Hill city limits. They come as two bills: the county trustee collects the county tax, and the City of Spring Hill collects its own. Talk to a tax professional about your own bill.
The City of Spring Hill bills water, sewer, garbage, recycling and stormwater for Spring Hill residents, with Waste Management handling weekly garbage pickup. I confirm the provider for any specific address before you buy.

Wades Grove or August Park?
They sit next to each other on Spring Hill’s Williamson County side, and buyers often look at both. Wades Grove is the established neighborhood, where everything for sale is resale. August Park, just to the north off Harmony Road, is still building, with Toll Brothers and Richmond American Homes selling new homes as of October 2026.
The school zones differ too. Wades Grove zones to Bethesda Elementary, while August Park’s builder addresses zone to Allendale Elementary; both go to Spring Station Middle and Summit High for 2026-27. If you want Wades Grove’s lineup in a newer neighborhood, the June Lake addresses I’ve checked share it. Spring Hill Estates, off Buckner Road, is the established neighborhood on the same side of the county line with no HOA dues on the homes I have seen.
