The Grove in College Grove, TN: Homes, Homesites, Membership and Schools

The Grove: a private golf club community in College Grove

Quick answer (as of October 2026) The Grove is a private, gated golf club community at 6200 Wildings Blvd in College Grove, unincorporated Williamson County, TN 37046, built around an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature course. Ownership comes with a required club membership, Sports or Golf. On October 22, 2026, the club's site listed 9 available homes from $2,650,000 to $4,374,900 and 3 homesites from $495,000 to $725,000. The Grove says it's in its final phase. Homes are zoned for College Grove Elementary, Page Middle and Page High for 2026-27.

The Grove publishes its asking prices. It doesn't publish what the club costs, and that's the number that changes your monthly budget. So before anything else, know that a home here comes with two price tags: the house or homesite, and the membership plus HOA costs that come with it.

I know College Grove through family. My mom lives in McDaniel Farms, so these roads aren't new to me. Below is everything The Grove publishes about itself, what the county's records and the MLS add, and the questions you'll want answered in writing. If you want the numbers the club doesn't post, DM me, text or call 615-392-1186.

Where is The Grove in College Grove?

The Grove is at 6200 Wildings Blvd, College Grove, TN 37046, in unincorporated Williamson County. The Census Bureau’s geocoder places that address in Williamson County with no city, so county government handles zoning and permits.

Williamson County’s property records list The Grove, recorded under the subdivision name “Grove,” in 17 numbered sections. A little over 700 of those parcels carry a street address as of October 22, 2026. That’s a parcel count, not a home count. Some are still homesites.

How far is The Grove from Franklin and Nashville?

Downtown Franklin is about 16 miles and 22 minutes from The Grove without traffic, and downtown Nashville is about 32 miles and 42 minutes. I routed these from the golf course with OpenStreetMap routing (OSRM), the same point my Grove vs Troubadour comparison uses.

From The Grove to Distance Time, no traffic
Downtown Franklin (Public Square) about 15.9 miles about 22 minutes
Downtown Nashville (State Capitol) about 32.3 miles about 42 minutes
Nashville International Airport (BNA) about 32.6 miles about 44 minutes
Page Middle and Page High (Arno Road) about 2.8 miles about 6 minutes
College Grove Elementary about 5.5 miles about 13 minutes
Falls Grove about 2.1 miles about 7 minutes

The club’s own FAQ says Franklin is about 15 minutes and downtown Nashville 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Drive it yourself at the hour you’d commute.

What is the golf course at The Grove?

The Grove’s golf course is an 18-hole championship course designed by Greg Norman, and the club calls it a Greg Norman Signature course. It hosted LIV Golf Nashville in 2024. The club backs the course with a practice area for driving, short game and putting, the Smokehouse Pavilion at the turn, instruction, clinics and junior golf.

What amenities does The Grove have besides golf?

The Grove’s clubhouse is the Manor House, with dining and event space, Rosemary Spa, a fitness center and the golf shop. The club also lists:

  • tennis and pickleball, with instruction, leagues and tournaments
  • resort-style pools
  • miles of trails through preserved open space
  • casual dining
  • an equestrian program run with the Jaeckle Centre, with riding lessons and trail rides
  • year-round club programming

Do you have to be a member to live at The Grove?

Yes. The Grove’s FAQ says ownership is connected to club membership. Residents choose a Sports Membership or a Golf Membership. Sports covers the pools, parks, tennis, hiking, fishing, equestrian and the fitness center, and Golf adds the 18-hole course and practice field.

The club doesn’t publish what either membership costs, or any initiation fee or dues. Its FAQ says the cost of living there “typically include[s] the home purchase or homesite, along with club membership and HOA-related expenses.”

What are the HOA dues at The Grove?

The Grove doesn’t publish its HOA dues as of October 2026, and I couldn’t find the HOA’s own governing documents online. Ask for the HOA budget, the current dues, any transfer or capital contribution fee and the membership terms in writing before you write an offer.

What should you get in writing before you buy at The Grove?

  1. Membership terms. Initiation fee, annual dues, any food and beverage minimum, and what happens to the membership when you sell.
