A quick view of what defines Fountain View.
What Fountain View is

What’s new: An apartment phase, “The 1813 Residences at Fountainview,” delivering fall 2027 per the builder’s own banner, and a new campus for Generations Christian Academy going up next door.
The Homes
Dream Finders Homes has marketed what its listings call a luxury collection here, built around a recurring plan called the Nottingham. Tennessee Valley Homes has also sold here, and a smaller number of homes were built independently and resold through other brokerages, part of why the price range runs as wide as it does.
Dream Finders doesn’t list Fountain View as an active community on its own site as of October 2026, but homes are still being built here: one listed in October 2026 won’t be finished until 2027. If you want current pricing, available lots, or whether either builder still has inventory, call or text me at 615-392-1186 and I’ll find out directly.
Part of the original master plan here includes future retail and dining, described in listing filings as still to come rather than built. Confirm what’s actually open before you count on it.
The 1813 Residences at Fountainview
The construction banner I photographed on October 21, 2026 reads “The 1813 Residences at Fountainview, Delivering Fall 2027,” naming four companies: The Canterbury Company, Sachem Capital, Greystar and CEI. The individual roles of those four companies haven’t been announced as of October 2026.
It’s an apartment community, not single-family homes, going up on the same Fountain View site, targeting fall 2027. No unit count, floor plans or pricing have been published as of October 2026.
Generations Christian Academy’s new Thompson’s Station campus
A second construction sign on site, next door to the homes, reads “Future Home of Generations Learning Center, GCA Generations Christian Academy, Apply Today.” Here’s what the school’s own website says, as of October 21, 2026.
Generations Christian Academy is a private Christian school currently operating at 408 Church St in Franklin. It grew out of Generations Church, starting in January 2016 as Generations Learning Center, an early-learning program, before adding a K-12 academy division in fall 2020. The school’s site lists its new address as 1101 Fountain View Blvd, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179, right next to Fountain View, and calls it Phase 1 of an expansion on “the campus of Fountain View in Thompson’s Station.”
Grade levels, per the school’s site: preschool for ages 1 to 5, a lower school for kindergarten through 5th grade, and an upper school for 6th through 12th grade. The school has belonged to the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) since it opened and says it’s working toward full ACSI accreditation; it is not yet accredited as of this writing.
The school hasn’t published a firm opening date; its site lists 2026 targets, and when I drove by on October 21, 2026, the building was still under construction. Ask the school for its current timeline. Its longer-range plan describes future phases growing this campus to 685 students, kindergarten through 12th grade.
This is a private school, separate from the public Williamson County Schools zoning listed above.

Property tax figures are the county and city rates published for the year shown and are for planning only. Your actual bill depends on the assessed value, any exemptions and the city or district the home sits in. Confirm with the county assessor or trustee and your tax professional before you rely on a number.
