If condos or townhomes are more in your range, the median there was $639,000 with an average of $629,744.

Active single family inventory averaged 537 homes in May, with 3.84 months of supply. That puts Franklin in balanced-to-slightly-seller-favoring territory. It's not the frenzy of 2021, but it's not a buyer's market either. Serious, prepared buyers win. Casual browsers don't.
