A quick view of what defines Westhaven.
What to Expect in Westhaven
A town, not just a subdivision. Westhaven’s Town Center was completed in 2021 with more than 30 businesses and services, and Magli Green, a lakefront park in the Town Center, is open to the public for concerts and events.
Still growing. The City of Franklin approved 3,444 units for Westhaven. Its 2024 Development Report counted 2,481 built, and new sections are still selling today.
An HOA and a Residents’ Club. Westhaven has an HOA office and a 15,000-square-foot Residents’ Club. Dues vary by section and change over time, so I get the current figure for any home you’re considering.
Golf is separate. Westhaven Golf Club sells memberships on its own, and the club offers memberships to people who don’t live in Westhaven. I haven’t found any source that requires golf membership with a home.
Utilities. Westhaven is inside Franklin city limits. The City of Franklin’s water-district map places it in the H.B. & T.S. Utility District for water.

How Westhaven pricing works
I keep price figures off this page because they change every week, and a condo, a townhome and a custom home here sit in very different ranges. Text me and I’ll pull today’s numbers, new and resale, for the type of home you want. Selling a higher-end home here? Read how I approach selling a luxury home in Franklin.
