Inside the city, on the Maury side. Every Arbor Valley address I checked sits inside Spring Hill city limits in Maury County, including the Goodall sales center at 3111 Arbor Valley Road. Spring Hill straddles two counties and the county sets your county tax rate, so I confirm the county on every address before you write an offer.
How you get in. The entrance is on Beechcroft Road, just past the point where Saturn Parkway splits and Beechcroft bears left, about a quarter mile on the right. Arbor Valley Road and Wrights Mill Road are the main streets, with Waymeet Lane, Woodhall Lane, Bywater Road, Overhill Court and Newbury Drive among the rest. The city plan also names Wildberry Lane, Bucklebury Way, Zanes Way, Ruby Creek Road, McCormick Crossing and Fallen Rain Court for the later phases.

Times are measured from the Goodall sales center at 3111 Arbor Valley Road with no traffic, so plan on more at rush hour. Saturn Parkway to I-65 is the commute route north, and it starts a quarter mile from the entrance.

Arbor Valley or another Spring Hill neighborhood?
Arbor Valley is one of the few Spring Hill neighborhoods where you can choose between a new single-family home and a new townhome in the same community, and it sits on the Maury County side, which sets your county tax rate and puts you in Maury County Schools. Harvest Point , Southern Springs and Barton Hills are the other Maury-side communities I get asked about.
