Spring Hill straddles two counties and the county sets your county tax rate, so I confirm the county on every address before you write an offer.

Barton Hills is the lower-priced new construction on Spring Hill’s Maury County side as of October 2026, and it sits next to Harvest Point, which the Phase 2 plat will eventually connect to.
