What's Changing

How Long Commutes Really Run
Those minutes are with no traffic. The Census Bureau's 2020-2024 survey puts the average commute at 27.9 minutes for Williamson County workers and 23.9 minutes for Franklin workers. Rush hour on I-65 into Nashville adds real time, so drive your route at your actual departure time before you choose a neighborhood. Plan on a car for daily life here.
